Changing dates if you have already interviewed at the US Embassy

If you have already got your visa in your passport and require a date change, you will need to request new dates directly from the US Embassy. 

Please email the US Embassy using the information below.  It is very important that the structure of your email is correct, or you will not receive a response.  If you receive the autoreply, it is because you made an error in the email structure.  In this case, you can then follow the link in the autoreply for instructions on how to proceed.

EMAIL USVisaDublin@state.gov with the following information and attachments:

• USE THIS SUBJECT LINE: V11 - REQUESTED DOCUMENT - FULL NAME
• Last Name
• First Name
• Visa Application Number/Barcode Number (starts with AA)
• Passport Number
• Date of your interview
