Prior to departure to the USA you are required to complete your pre-departure orientation, both for USIT and your US Sponsor.
You can access the USIT orientation via your account. This is a 30 minute video and can be watched at any time.
Your US Sponsor orientation will be a live presentation. You will need to select a time via your Sponsor application and attend accordingly. It is vital you do this before departure.
