If you wish to finish your Grad Visa early and return home, you must first notify your sponsor.
Your US sponsor will end your program in good standing and withdraw you from the programme.
If you do not notify your sponsor and are not responsive to their communications, your visa may be terminated, which could effect future visas to the USA that you apply for, so it is important that you withdraw from the program correctly.
